Love Rhonda and the new girl ( not that new just can’t recall her name)on the reception desk. Veterinarian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our poor Poppy has high anxiety so the Vet. Was on board with a mild sedation to make her visit better for everyone.

The staff at Colac Vet Clinic are always helpful, kind and know what they are talking about. I’ve had several pets there and they’ve all been treated well and I’ve been kept up to date with all proceedings. It’s such a shame that we outlive our companions, but even then, the nurses and vets treat us like friends. 23/03 Went to take Bear there today and Dr Evelyn was so full of knowledge and reassurance for his itchy skin, and she found that Bear is older than I was told he was by searching his microchip number - thanks Evelyn! He’s not a big boy (well he is a little!) just older than we thought.

The vets, nurses and staff are super kind and friendly, helping my cats and dogs as well as myself feel comfortable and confident that they are receiving the best care. They were also very compassionate and professional when assisting late pets at the end of their lives. Their new clinic is really clean and spacious, and just generally pleasant to walk into.

This was my second visit with my dog as a result of injuring his leg while chasing balls.The staff arranged for me to see a veterinarian quickly on the same day. This surgery is excellent including office, front of house staff and the vets. It is a brilliant surgery for pets and I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

“We took our dog Telzah to Colac Vets for itchy eyes and a split nail. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were lovely, polite, and very welcoming. The waiting area was clean and tidy, which made us feel comfortable straight away. The veterinarian was gentle and thorough, checking for scratches in Telzah’s eye and examining his nail carefully. She explained all treatment options in a simple and easy-to-understand way and prescribed pain relief medication for his toe along with ointment for his eye. Overall, we had a very positive experience and appreciated the kindness and professionalism from all the staff.”
